ECM Nexus Employee Notifications — ECM Energy Services, Inc.
Program description
The ECM Nexus Employee Notifications program is operated by ECM Energy Services, Inc. (“ECM,” “we,” “us”) to send transactional and operational text messages to its own employees from ECM Nexus, our internally built workforce platform. Messages are limited to: account password-reset links, work-schedule publish and update notifications, and operational dispatch notifications (for example, a notice that you have been assigned to a different job site). This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form at ecmenergy.com/sms-opt-in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from ECM Energy Services (ECM Nexus) at that number. Consent is not a condition of employment, and you may decline or opt out at any time without affecting your employment.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your work activity (for example, when your schedule is published or updated, or when you are dispatched).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ECM does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE, or STOPALL) to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. To resume messages later, reply START.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact your supervisor or ECM Energy Services Human Resources.
Supported carriers & carrier liability
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside ECM’s control.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
